"Refund process isn’t what it used to be"
I feel like mmoso.com used to be a lot better, but this refund experience was frustrating. I asked for a refund and ended up having to chase support over and over. The replies were slow, and when they did respond, it was basically the same generic answer without anything actually getting resolved. It didn’t really feel like anyone cared about fixing it. Maybe other people have had smoother experiences, but for me this was a headache, and I probably wouldn’t use them again.

The order turned out fine in the end, but getting help was kind of a hassle. Support took forever to reply, and I had to message them twice just to get a simple answer. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, just frustrating

"I used MMO SO once and the payment..."
I used MMO SO once and the payment went through without any problems. They had normal card options, which was nice and made the process feel straightforward. That said, there wasn’t a ton of extra info about security, so my brain still decided to act like I was funding a mysterious overseas mission. Nothing bad happened so far, and the payment itself was mostly smooth, but I can’t say I felt totally confident the whole time

"Prices seemed good to me"
I thought the prices were good overall. I checked a few other sites and this one was cheaper than most of them, so I guess that means it’s probably a decent deal.

I ordered from MMO SO and it showed up way quicker than I expected. Usually with online orders you’re stuck waiting forever and chasing people for updates, but this one was just smooth from start to finish. No issues at all. Happy with it and I’d definitely use them again.

"Account’s been fine so far"
I haven’t had any problems with my account staying safe, so that’s good. I’m still not totally sure about the overall quality long term, but so far it’s been okay.

"Pretty easy to shop on"
I was able to find what I needed without much trouble, and the pages loaded smoothly for me. Checkout was quick and straightforward too, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a simple experience, and I’d probably recommend giving it a try if you want something easy to use.

I checked for the items I needed and was glad to see they were actually in stock. For me, that made the whole experience easy and saved me a lot of hassle.

"Decent site, but I felt a bit passed around"
The site seems okay overall, but I’m still not totally sure about it. Some parts look legit, while other sections feel a little thin on details. I also kind of felt passed around when trying to figure things out, like there wasn’t one clear place giving me everything I needed. Not terrible, but I’d be careful before fully trusting it.
